Recently, we have detected an increasing number of “Double Order Limit” fraud cases in transactions within the Pakistan region. Please stay vigilant to protect your assets from potential loss.
How the scam works:
- The scammer asks for your CNIC.
- The scammer does not provide clear payment instructions during the payment process.
- After the customer places an order, the scammer requests payment account details and guides the customer to communicate via external apps such as WhatsApp.
- The scammer then sends a fake screenshot of a non-MEXC official email, falsely claiming:
“Because the buyer did not pay, your account has been temporarily restricted, and a ‘Double Order Limit’ has been raised by the MEXC team.”
- Believing this false message, the customer may proceed to pay again. However, since the payment often exceeds the official order time limit, the order expires, and due to the scammer’s guidance, the victim ends up making double payments.
Please note:
- MEXC has never issued any so-called ‘Double Order Limit’ rule, nor will we require users to make additional payments through email screenshots.
- MEXC will never ask you to communicate payment information through WhatsApp or any other external channel.
- All payments must be completed strictly through the official MEXC platform.
- Please be aware: Sharing your personal information with counterparties may expose you to scams. You are solely responsible for any consequences.

- Always rely on the official order details displayed on the platform; do not trust instructions from external channels. Do not communicate via external communication software.
- If you encounter suspicious situations, please contact MEXC official customer support immediately.
- Stay alert and protect your funds from fraudulent activities.
