Eurozone ECB Main Refinancing Operations Rate meets forecasts (2.15%)

GBP/USD holds recovery gains near 1.3500 in the European session on Thursday. The Bank of England (BoE) held the benchmark interest rate at 3.75% in an 8-1 vote split. The policy outcome was widely expected and offered little impetus to the Pound Sterling. Meanwhile, the US GDP and inflation data failed to lift the US Dollar, having little to no impact on the pair.
