First condition-specific program “Done With Diabetes™” becomes the foundation of a broader AI-Powered health coach platform designed for millions to take control of chronic lifestyle-driven challenges

ROCK HILL, S.C.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Vynleads (OTCQB: VYND), a next-gen technology wellness company pioneering lifestyle-first programs for chronic, behavior-linked conditions, today introduced Done With (DWX), a scalable platform vision built to bring structure to the daily realities of chronic, habit-influenced conditions. DWX is designed to replace overwhelm with clarity through condition-aware lifestyle blueprints that turn evidence-informed guidance into actionable routines consumers can sustain.

The platform translates wellness principles into easy-to-adopt protocols that drive sustainable behavior change. It is particularly aimed for those struggling with chronic conditions where daily habits matter most, especially metabolic health challenges such as type 2 diabetes and prediabetes, by translating lifestyle science into structured routines that support long-term wellness and consistency.

“Our mission is to help people reach a place where they truly feel done. Done starting over, done feeling overwhelmed, and done going at it alone,” said Alex Mannine, Co-founder & CEO, Vynleads. “The Lifestyle Blueprint™ platform is how we scale that mission into a family of condition-aware experiences grounded in science, delivered through a modern user experience, and built around real human behavior.”

Done With Diabetes™ First Condition-Specific The Lifestyle Blueprint™ Program to Debut Digitally with App Launch

Done With Diabetes™ is the first condition-specific Lifestyle Blueprint™ program designed for those navigating type 2 diabetes and prediabetes who want clear, practical guidance for supporting blood sugar management, sustainable weight-management habits, and overall metabolic wellness. This can directly address the more than 40 million Americans, or 12% of the population, who have diabetes, and for those who are living with prediabetes, according to the American Diabetes Association.

Grounded in lifestyle medicine principles, the eight-week, 56-day lifestyle program combines daily guidance with structured actions and progressive habit formation, so members always know what to focus on next. Done With Diabetes™ will debut on Vynlead’s app, slated to launch next month.

The program experience is for consumers who want a diabetes mobile app that goes beyond tracking alone, but combines structure, adherence support, and daily “what to do next”. It will turn complex topics like nutrition, movement, sleep, and stress into simple, repeatable routines, including:

  • Real-world portion guidance and meal-building strategies
  • Evidence-informed education on low-calorie approaches, including VLCD concepts for learning purposes
  • Approachable movement and strength-building habits that fit real schedules
  • Sleep and stress practices designed to support consistency
  • Simple tracking metrics that help connect daily choices to visible progress

Building on the success of Done With Diabetes, Vynleads will expand its Done With (DWX) ecosystem to additional high-impact conditions where habit formation and daily adherence matter most.

Additional DWX platforms to include:

  • Done With Heart Disease: A heart-focused blueprint for nutrition, movement, stress, and adherence.
  • Done With Depression: Behavioral and lifestyle strategies to support mood and resilience.

Each program will maintain the same core promise of clarity, daily structure, condition awareness, and supportive accountability. Future DWX Programs will also target lifestyle-driven conditions and quality-of-life challenges that affect families at scale.

The post Fed forecasts only one rate cut in 2026, a more conservative outlook than expected appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. Chip Somodevilla | Getty Images The Federal Reserve is projecting only one rate cut in 2026, fewer than expected, according to its median projection. The central bank’s so-called dot plot, which shows 19 individual members’ expectations anonymously, indicated a median estimate of 3.4% for the federal funds rate at the end of 2026. That compares to a median estimate of 3.6% for the end of this year following two expected cuts on top of Wednesday’s reduction. A single quarter-point reduction next year is significantly more conservative than current market pricing. Traders are currently pricing in at two to three more rate cuts next year, according to the CME Group’s FedWatch tool, updated shortly after the decision. The gauge uses prices on 30-day fed funds futures contracts to determine market-implied odds for rate moves. Three officials penciled in three rate reductions next year. “Next year’s dot plot is a mosaic of different perspectives and is an accurate reflection of a confusing economic outlook, muddied by labor supply shifts, data measurement concerns, and government policy upheaval and uncertainty,” said Seema Shah, chief global strategist at Principal Asset Management. The central bank has two policy meetings left for the year, one in October and one in December. Economic projections from the Fed saw slightly faster economic growth in 2026 than was projected in June, while the outlook for inflation was updated modestly higher for next year.
