7. Why Can't I Upload Photos During KYC Verification?


If you encounter issues uploading photos or receiving error messages during KYC verification, please check the following:

1) Image format must be JPG, JPEG, or PNG.
2) File size must be under 5 MB.
3) Valid documents must be your own original ID card, passport, driver's license, or residence permit.
4) Your document must not be issued by a restricted country. For details, please refer to the MEXC User Agreement.
5) If your submission meets all of the above requirements but you are still unable to complete KYC verification, the issue may be due to a temporary network problem. We recommend trying the following:
  • Wait for a short period and resubmit your application.
  • Clear your browser or device cache.
  • Submit your application via the Web/App interface.
  • Try using a different browser.
  • Update the MEXC App to the latest version.
