Khi xác định có hành vi giao dịch bất thường, MEXC có thể triển khai quy trình xử lý hành vi giao dịch bất thường và áp dụng các biện pháp quản lý tương ứng đối với người dùng liên quan.</span></div><div> </div><h2><span style="font-family:'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif"><strong style="font-weight:bolder">2. Xác định hành vi giao dịch bất thường</strong></span></h2><div> </div><div><span style="font-family:'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;font-size:16px">Hoạt động của người dùng sẽ bị xem là hành vi giao dịch bất thường trong bất kỳ trường hợp nào sau đây:</span></div><div> </div><div><span style="font-family:'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;font-size:16px">1) Tham gia tự giao dịch lặp lại (mua và bán với chính mình) hoặc giao dịch giữa các tài khoản dưới cùng một quyền kiểm soát lợi ích, nhiều lần đóng vai trò đối tác của nhau (tự khớp lệnh). Điều này bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn ở các hành vi bất thường như một hoặc nhiều tài khoản có nguồn vốn giống hoặc liên quan, trùng địa chỉ IP, mô hình giao dịch đồng bộ; các tài khoản dưới cùng sự kiểm soát thực tế sử dụng giao dịch ảo hoặc khớp lệnh qua lại để thao túng giá; hoặc lặp lại giao dịch với nhau giữa các người dùng trong một hoặc nhiều tài khoản dưới sự kiểm soát chung.</span></div><div> </div><div><span style="font-family:'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;font-size:16px">2) Thường xuyên đặt và hủy lệnh trong ngày, có thể ảnh hưởng đến giá giao dịch hoặc gây hiểu lầm cho những người tham gia thị trường khác (đặt và hủy lệnh thường xuyên).</span></div><div> </div><div><span style="font-family:'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;font-size:16px">3) Nhiều lần đặt và huỷ lệnh khối lượng lớn trong ngày, có thể ảnh hưởng đến giá giao dịch hoặc gây hiểu lầm cho những người tham gia thị trường khác (đặt và hủy lệnh khối lượng lớn).</span></div><div> </div><div><span style="font-family:'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;font-size:16px">4) Số lượng giao dịch mở trong một ngày đối với một sản phẩm giao dịch cụ thể (bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn ở MEXC Futures hoặc Spot) vượt quá hạn mức giao dịch trong ngày do sàn quy định.</span></div><div> </div><div><span style="font-family:'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;font-size:16px">5) Sử dụng phương pháp giao dịch thuật toán để đặt lệnh theo cách có thể ảnh hưởng đến bảo mật hệ thống của MEXC hoặc trật tự giao dịch bình thường.</span></div><div> </div><div><span style="font-family:'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;font-size:16px">6) Hành vi giao dịch thực hiện với mục đích không trung thực: Khi MEXC có cơ sở hợp lý và xác định có dấu hiệu nghi ngờ hoặc xảy ra thao túng và/hoặc lạm dụng thị trường, bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn ở:</span></div><ul start="1" style="list-style-type:disc"><li style="text-align:left"><div><span style="font-family:'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;font-size:16px">Thực hiện giao dịch tại các mức giá có thể khớp nhưng chênh lệch đáng kể so với giá thị trường hiện tại nhằm trục lợi không công bằng.</span></div></li><li style="text-align:left"><div><span style="font-family:'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;font-size:16px">Cố ý tác động đến giá thị trường hoặc độ sâu thị trường bằng các phương thức khác nhau để thao túng.</span></div></li><li style="text-align:left"><div><span style="font-family:'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;font-size:16px">Lợi dụng cơ chế định giá của MEXC hoặc các lỗ hổng hệ thống khác để thu lợi bất chính.</span></div></li><li style="text-align:left"><div><span style="font-family:'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;font-size:16px">Thực hiện giao dịch ảo bất thường nhằm tạo cảm giác sai lệch về hoạt động thị trường hoặc ảnh hưởng đến hành vi thị trường để thu lợi bất chính.</span></div></li></ul><div> </div><div><span style="font-family:'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;font-size:16px">7) Hoạt động phối hợp đa tài khoản: Khi từ hai tài khoản trở lên dưới sự kiểm soát chung hoặc có mức độ liên quan cao, thông qua việc đồng bộ hoặc phối hợp hành vi giao dịch, có thể cấu thành thao túng hoặc lạm dụng thị trường. Trong các trường hợp này, MEXC có thể đánh giá và xử lý tập thể dựa trên bằng chứng toàn diện.</span></div><div> </div><div><span style="font-family:'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;font-size:16px">8) Các trường hợp khác do MEXC xác định.</span></div><div> </div><h2><span style="font-family:'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif"><strong style="font-weight:bolder">3.
